About The Position

Responsible for supporting and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, drive organizational growth, and contribute to a positive company culture. An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR operations, transactional HR, or related roles, especially within AT&T tools
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver accurate work under deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems (Workday experience highly preferred)
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture, inclusion, employee engagement, morale and retention.
