About The Position

The Senior Healthcare Transformation Consultant serves as the healthcare transformation and value consulting capability for Roche Information Solutions (RIS) North America. The role helps customers define the workflow, operating-model, and value changes needed to adopt digital and diagnostic innovation, supporting Digital Business Manager-led opportunities and Strategic Growth and Activation priorities. It translates complex customer challenges into practical transformation, adoption, and value strategies through structured discovery, multidisciplinary facilitation, systems thinking, and change leadership. The consultant maps patient journeys and workflows, builds consensus among clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, and turns insights into implementation and adoption plans connected to measurable clinical, operational, and economic value. This is a field-based role covering the United States. Candidates must live within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport, and travel of up to 50% is required. The role contributes workflow, operating-model, economic-value, and adoption expertise to the pre-market commercial motion in partnership with DBMs, SGA, and the accountable RDC Sales organization. It does not own the customer relationship or scaled implementation.
