About The Position

The Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting for complex and business-critical roles, owning sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and hiring outcomes. In this role, you will help shape and continuously evolve our recruiting approach, applying market insight, data, and sound judgment to deliver high-quality talent at scale. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, ensuring candidates receive a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience from first introduction through onboarding. Whether attracting top talent or improving how we operate as a team, you play a key role in delivering a consistently exceptional, “VIP-level” candidate and stakeholder experience while helping build and scale a high-performing organization. We are hiring for this position on the East Coast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring senior IC and/or leadership talent in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous searches while maintaining urgency, attention to detail, and a high bar for quality
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to translate hiring needs into actionable recruiting strategies aligned to company goals
  • Fluency in recruiting data and comfort leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve sourcing, pipeline quality, and talent storytelling
  • Track record of delivering consistent hiring outcomes while improving processes, candidate experience, or stakeholder satisfaction
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred) and comfort adopting new tools and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights, recommendations, and next steps clearly and credibly

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, complex, and business-critical roles across multiple functions, including but not limited to Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, including proactive sourcing, in-depth assessment, offer strategy, and candidate closing
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine recruiting strategies and programs to meet near-term hiring needs while building durable, high-quality talent pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand business priorities, role requirements, and success profiles
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions, interview processes, and talent strategy through data, market insights, and sound judgment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, and other partners to drive hiring alignment, headcount planning, and seamless onboarding
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities within recruiting workflows and independently implement improvements that enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including tooling, process optimization, interview calibration, and candidate experience improvements
  • Leverage recruiting data, market intelligence, and emerging AI-enabled tools to strengthen talent identification, storytelling, and decision-making
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing independent execution with strong collaboration across the TA team and broader organization
