About The Position

Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform on a mission to unleash business artificial general intelligence (AGI), starting with customer service. Founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support that delights customers at scale. Our platform unifies fragmented systems, integrates knowledge and personalization sources, and enables intelligent actions - all without costly system changes. We’re laying the foundation for a future where our technology handles complex tasks, allowing people to focus on what they do best: creative problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’ve started by reimagining the enterprise customer experience with a support use case. We believe that today’s support experience is broken: slow and painful for customers, and expensive and human capital intensive for companies. We are building Maven to deliver better, cheaper support, for both end users and agents. Team: Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM hiring (bonus if you’ve also recruited for operational roles).
  • Proven ability to source and close top-tier candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers across different functions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Knowledge of ATS tools (experience with Workable is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruiting metrics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ideally based in the Boston area and available to work out of our Back Bay office at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of roles (sales, marketing, operations, etc.), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build pipelines, and execute effective sourcing strategies at speed while balancing patience for the best candidate.
  • Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and events, leveraging your local network.
  • Implement structured interview processes and best practices to ensure fairness, efficiency, and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (Workable) to streamline recruiting operations.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.
  • Champion Maven AGI’s culture and values, acting as a talent brand ambassador.
