About The Position

A mission-driven organization advancing life-saving technology is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter (Commercial & Go-To-Market) to act as a strategic talent partner and hands-on hiring expert. This is a high-impact role with ownership over commercial recruiting strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s go-to-market organization—hiring the sales, partnerships, marketing, customer success, and business operations talent that drives growth and impact. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic workforce planning with end-to-end recruiting execution. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with leadership to define and execute hiring strategy for all non-technical functions. You will serve as a key driver of growth by building strong pipelines, improving hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on commercial or go-to-market hiring
  • Experience hiring for roles such as account executives, partnerships, customer success, marketing, or business development
  • Background in high-growth or fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring strategy
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple searches at once
  • Excellent communication skills and strong candidate relationship management
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments with shifting priorities
  • Passion for mission-driven work and building teams that create real-world impact

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders to define hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for commercial and go-to-market roles including account executives, partnerships, customer success, marketing, and business operations
  • Develop sourcing strategies for high-impact revenue roles in complex markets such as public safety, government, and enterprise
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
  • Provide market insights on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
  • Manage offer negotiation and closing processes in partnership with leadership
  • Support employer branding efforts within relevant industry ecosystems
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities when needed
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring workflows
