Senior GTM Growth Engineer

Maven AGIBoston, MA
$160,000 - $190,000Onsite

About The Position

As a Senior GTM Growth Engineer at Maven AGI, you will be accountable for generating qualified enterprise pipeline through systems you personally build and operate. You will turn account, customer, intent, and relationship signals into data products, agents, workflows, and measurable experiments that help Maven reach the right buyers at the right time. You will own the full operating loop from idea and data through personalized action, CRM attribution, measurement, and iteration. The goal is simple: build systems that generate qualified meetings, improve meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and create pipeline that Sales accepts. This is a hands-on builder role, not a CRM administration or campaign operations position. You will report to Will, with a dotted line to Eugene alongside Maven's Agentic Engineers. Will owns commercial priorities and business outcomes; Eugene will own the Agentic Engineering craft bar and technical development. We are hiring at the Senior level and may consider Staff scope for an exceptional software-heavy candidate.

Requirements

  • You have shipped production software or durable internal products in Python or TypeScript.
  • You are comfortable with APIs, webhooks, SQL, data models, integrations, and LLM or agent workflows.
  • You can turn an ambiguous commercial problem into a working system, a measurable experiment, and a clear recommendation.
  • You understand ICPs, buying signals, personalization, funnel quality, and enterprise sales well enough to make sound product and prioritization decisions.
  • You work well with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and executives, and you can push back constructively when the evidence points in a different direction.
  • You take responsibility for instrumentation, data quality, failures, cost, and iteration after launch.
  • You communicate clearly about how a system works, why you built it that way, what tradeoffs you made, and whether it is producing a business result.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or product engineering inside a GTM team.
  • Experience as a technical founder or operator who personally built the systems behind a commercial motion.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, enrichment providers, orchestration tools, or related GTM infrastructure.
  • Experience building relationship graphs, intent models, scoring systems, research agents, or personalized outbound products.
  • Experience operating AI-assisted workflows with appropriate human review, permissions, data-quality controls, and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate signal-to-pipeline systems across account selection, enrichment, research, personalization, outreach, routing, CRM capture, and attribution.
  • Create highly personalized email, LinkedIn, and executive outreach workflows that use clear evidence instead of high-volume, generic messaging.
  • Combine tools such as Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and external data providers with custom Python or TypeScript services.
  • Develop account and buyer signals from funding, hiring, leadership changes, AI and customer support initiatives, website intent, product usage, and Maven's relationship graph.
  • Build research and rep agents that assemble account context, recommend the right people and relationship paths, draft useful messaging, and surface next-best actions.
  • Create focused founder and executive outreach queues for opportunities where senior involvement has the highest expected value.
  • Run a high cadence of GTM experiments, keep the winners, stop weak plays quickly, and document what the team learns.
  • Instrument the full funnel from signal and outreach through meeting, opportunity, and ARR so Maven can distinguish activity from real pipeline contribution.
  • Operate what you build, including data quality, observability, failure handling, cost, deliverability, and ongoing iteration.
  • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, executives, and engineering teams while retaining clear ownership of the system and outcome.

Benefits

  • 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums covered for you, 80% for family
  • HSA and FSA plans available
  • Unlimited vacation and 100% paid parental leave
  • Free lunches, onsite gym, and commuter benefits for in-office employees
  • $1,000 home office stipend and $5,000/year for continuing education
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful equity
