Senior Growth Product Manager

The Senior Growth Product Manager at Vivian Health is responsible for leading the product growth strategy and implementing initiatives to acquire and retain users. They will optimize the product to increase user engagement and revenue, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that align with the company's vision and strategy. This role will also focus on acquiring new users through various marketing channels and implementing strategies to improve user retention and engagement. Additionally, they will monitor and analyze product metrics to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the business and finance teams to implement strategies for user monetization and revenue growth.

• Lead the planning, defining, and building of growth initiatives for Vivian Health
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain users
• Optimize the product to increase user engagement and revenue
• Test and iterate core funnels and product experiences to drive candidate growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products aligned with the company's vision and strategy
• Lead efforts to acquire new users through various marketing channels
• Implement strategies to improve user retention and engagement
• Monitor and analyze product metrics, user behavior, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate growth progress and insights to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies for user monetization and revenue growth
• Work with the product team to manage all software shipped to customers
• Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Experience in product management, specifically in growth initiatives
• Strong understanding of marketing channels, such as digital advertising, social media, SEO, referrals, partnerships, etc.
• Ability to implement strategies to improve user retention and engagement
• Proficiency in analyzing product metrics, user behavior, and performance data
• Experience in developing dashboards and reports to communicate growth progress and insights
• Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with user monetization and revenue growth strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
