About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our US marketing team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is one of the most consequential individual contributor roles on the team. Where other marketing functions build awareness and drive acquisition, this role takes over the moment a user arrives and owns everything that happens next. You will go deep into Webull's proprietary platform data, learn our systems at a level that few marketers ever reach, and use that knowledge to build lifecycle programs that move users through the funnel with precision. This is not a role for someone who works from dashboards someone else built. You build the dashboards. You define the metrics. You find what no one else is looking at and you turn it into strategy. The person who thrives here will have the analytical depth of a data scientist, the strategic instincts of a senior marketer, and the ownership mentality of someone who treats the US user base as their own business to grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 6-10+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a hybrid marketing and analytics role, with experience in fintech, consumer trading platforms, or a high-volume consumer product strongly preferred.
  • You are not intimidated by complexity. You have gone deep on internal platforms and data infrastructure before and you understand that the most valuable insights live inside systems most marketers never bother to learn.
  • You define what gets measured, build the frameworks to measure it, and find what others are not finding. Strong command of cohort analysis, funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and behavioral data required.
  • You have owned a post-acquisition funnel end to end, not contributed to one. You can speak precisely to the decisions you made, the experiments you ran, and the outcomes you drove.
  • You connect user behavior data to marketing strategy to business outcomes and you communicate that chain of reasoning clearly enough that leadership moves on it.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools. Proficiency with project management tools required; experience with Wrike is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Having a brokerage or securities background is a significant plus.
  • You do not need structure handed to you. You build it, own it, and deliver against it. The standard you hold yourself to sets the floor for everyone around you.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes across teams you do not control, particularly with Product and Data functions. You earn credibility through rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Post-Acquisition User Lifecycle
  • Design and scale lifecycle marketing frameworks that drive activation, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion across the US user base.
  • Own the full post-registration funnel with direct accountability for converting registered users to active, active to funded, funded to trading, and funded to scaled active trader.
  • Develop behavioral segmentation models that enable targeted, relevant lifecycle programs at every stage of the user journey.
  • Build and continuously optimize lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and owned channels, with every decision grounded in what the data actually shows.
  • Go Deep on Proprietary Systems and Data
  • Invest the time to understand Webull's internal platform infrastructure, data systems, and user data architecture at a level that allows you to ask questions no one else is asking.
  • Own significant data analysis across user behavior, trading patterns, portfolio activity, and engagement signals. Surface growth opportunities and churn indicators before they show up in top-line metrics.
  • Build reporting frameworks and analytical tools that give the marketing team clear, reliable visibility into lifecycle performance and user economics.
  • Define and own the metrics that matter: new user conversion rates, activation velocity, AUM growth, retention curves, and long-term user value.
  • Serve as the US marketing team's primary connection point to platform data, translating technical data into strategic marketing decisions.
  • Translate Insight into Strategy and Action
  • Produce recommendations, not observations. Every analysis you deliver should come with a point of view and a proposed course of action.
  • Track US market trends, competitive movement, and regulatory shifts and bring forward implications that are sharp, timely, and actionable.
  • Partner with Product to identify platform behaviors that predict high-value user outcomes and build marketing programs around them.
  • Collaborate with Campaign and Creative teams to ensure lifecycle messaging is precise, personalized, and consistent with how Webull shows up across all touchpoints.
  • Execute with Rigor and Lead Through Influence
  • Partner with Product, Data, Compliance, and Creative teams to ensure growth initiatives are technically sound and compliantly executed.
  • Manage complex, multi-dependency projects without losing detail or momentum, and hold workstreams accountable without needing formal authority to do it.
  • Use project management tools such as Wrike to maintain visibility and accountability across teams and timelines.
