About The Position

This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives and personal booking goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all activities related to group, and catering sales function and revenue generation from all sales territories. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a field of study related to this profession.
  • Extensive hotel sales experience within the luxury market.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and selling skills.
  • Proven achievements in selling, optimizing guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • An expert in Group Sales.
  • A strong leader.
  • A natural salesperson.
  • Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
