Our team is in search of a magnetic Senior Group Sales Manager with remarkable tenacity, a sharp leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who’s good-natured, a natural at relationship building, and puts their client’s needs at the top of their priority list, while meeting (or surpassing) all revenue goals for the department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all activities related to group, and catering sales function and revenue generation from all sales territories. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives and personal booking goals. POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Group Sales Manager is responsible for leading the generation, negotiation, and management of high-value group business within assigned markets or segments. This role focuses on maximizing revenue through the strategic sale of guestrooms, meeting and event space, and food and beverage services while cultivating long-term client relationships. As a senior sales leader, this position plays a key role in driving group revenue strategy, mentoring peers when appropriate, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
