Join us as the Group Sales Manager. Our employees are Experience Curators who are professional memory-makers, creating personalized guest experience from start to finish. Experience Curators craft meaningful, over-the-top experiences that wow our guests time after time. The Group Sales Manager is a specialist in booking groups within the Native and Indigenous markets as well as state and federal government markets. They must have proven experience selling in both markets, including a thorough understanding of how government per diems work within the resort pricing guidelines. This position will have a booking goal that will include new group bookings and repeat business from previous clients. They must fully understand hotel operations to ensure that commitments are made, which results in positive guest experiences. This position requires participation in active sales solicitation, upholding company sales policies and positively contributing to the resort’s Yield Management strategies, networking through participation in community and professional associations, activities and events.
