About The Position

Manage art direction, creative design, and production of projects such as direct marketing campaigns, customized sales presentations, white papers, brochures, newsletters, signage, videos, and other initiatives. Conceive and design art, plan content, and develop and implement strategic recommendations. Serve as a lead brand steward, support product or service development through collaboration with leaders, maintain the corporate website and internal portal, and support Ruan social networking initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or a related field of study.
• 6–9 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing services, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of business-to-business experience.
• Commitment to Ruan’s value statement by acting with integrity.
• Ability to meet behavioral expectations and perform in alignment with the guiding principles of safety, people, customer, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent design and conceptual experience; ability to manage multiple projects; strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Illustrator.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit and customer-focused thinking.
• Ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Manage art direction, creative design, and production of direct marketing campaigns, customized sales presentations, white papers, brochures, newsletters, signage, videos, and other initiatives; conceive and design art and plan content.
• Develop and implement strategic recommendations that innovate, engage prospects and customers, and push the brand forward.
• Serve as lead brand steward and ensure assets adhere to brand standards.
• Support product or service development through collaboration with leaders; determine the style, technique, and medium best suited to achieve desired effects and support customer needs, including partnership reports, newsletters, and quarterly review presentations.
• Update and maintain the corporate website and internal portal to keep them fresh and up to date.
• Support Ruan social networking initiatives.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
