About The Position

Bose Corporation is seeking a Senior Global Process Owner for its enterprise Design to Launch (D2L) process. The position will establish and improve a consistent global process that helps Bose launch products faster and more predictably, with stronger economics and higher quality. It requires broad experience in product creation, enterprise process ownership, integrated hardware and software development, financial governance, product data and systems, and external manufacturing and development ecosystems. The role will influence senior stakeholders and lead enterprise-wide change across a complex global organization. The hiring range for the primary work location in Framingham, Massachusetts is $152,800–$210,100. Ranges may vary at other Bose locations. Bose also offers bonus programs, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, wellbeing perks, and an employee discount.
