About The Position

The Global Process Owner leads the enterprise-wide Order-to-Cash process, integrating Global Process Ownership, Global Business Services, and AI-enabled transformation. The role defines the strategic direction, governance, and operating model for scalable global Finance processes to improve cash flow outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. It is accountable for end-to-end process design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement across regions, business segments, and delivery organizations, and serves as the primary authority for global process decisions. The role establishes the roadmap for strengthening billing, collections, cash application, and dispute and deduction resolution. This senior leader owns the Order-to-Cash process architecture, strategy, governance framework, and performance outcomes; develops a multi-year transformation roadmap; and partners with executives to align process strategies with enterprise objectives. The leader directs global delivery model design and process optimization, sets performance frameworks, monitors measures including DSO, CEI, BDR, and cash application effectiveness, and advances standardization while governing legitimate local exceptions. They identify process risks, control gaps, and data limitations and ensure mitigation plans are in place. The role promotes a process-first approach to AI and digital enablement, identifies high-impact opportunities in AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, process mining, and advanced analytics, and partners with technology, architecture, data, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions with appropriate controls. It governs the transformation portfolio and leads cross-functional teams through discovery, current-state assessment, future-state design, implementation, and change adoption, while simplifying processes and protecting required controls. The role can be located anywhere, with preference for candidates able to work or overlap with the US Eastern Time zone. Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific opportunity.
