About The Position

Join Our Team as a Senior Global Business System Change Manager! This role is responsible for leading change for complex, enterprise-scale transformations focusing on both business and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to operate at multiple levels, from detailed execution to executive-level strategy, and be comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving scope. Strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. Experience working with or alongside a System Integrator in a structured delivery environment is also required.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at multiple levels from detailed execution to executive-level strategy.
  • Comfortable with “getting hands dirty” working through ambiguity, incomplete information, and evolving scope.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect change activities to operational outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across executive, leadership, and frontline audiences.
  • Experience working with or alongside a System Integrator in a structured delivery environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Sound interpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect, and foster a collaborative working relationship among a diverse audience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation). Able to liaise with key stakeholders across the organization in technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Organizational Change, Human Resources or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading change management for complex, enterprise-scale transformations, preferably involving ERP or large technology-enabled transformations preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a large (2+ billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing company.
  • Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Actively support workstreams by embedding change activities into day-to-day program execution.
  • Develop and execute change plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption strategies aligned to program milestones.
  • Work directly with business teams to identify readiness gaps, resistance points, and practical adoption risks.
  • Create and deliver tangible change artifacts (e.g., readiness assessments, stakeholder maps, communications plans, training coordination inputs).
  • Attend working sessions, blueprinting sessions, and leadership forums to ensure change is addressed where decisions are made.
  • Translate program objectives into a clear change strategy that aligns people, process, and technology outcomes.
  • Advise program and business leaders on change impacts, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
  • Continuously assess change effectiveness and pivot approach as program scope, timelines, or business priorities shift.
  • Ensure change activities are aligned to long-term operating model and capability outcomes, not just to go-live readiness.
  • Build trust relationships with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring leadership intent is reflected in day-to-day behaviors.
  • Support leaders with messaging, talking points, and engagement approaches to lead their teams through change.
  • Integrate change management into program governance, RAID processes, and milestone reviews.
  • Identify change-related risks and issues and actively manage them through mitigation plans.
  • Provide clear reporting on adoption readiness, stakeholder sentiment, and change risks to leadership.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with others.
