This Senior Organizational Change Manager role specifically supports Enterprise Platforms (EP), an organization dedicated to driving efficiency, consistency, growth, and innovation for the bank, its customers, employees, and communities. The role involves building, integrating, and scaling capabilities with broad applicability across lines of business and markets, bringing subject matter expertise, strategic problem-solving, and outside-in thinking to the bank. As a senior organizational change manager focused on Enterprise Platforms, the individual will drive the people side of change for EP-owned initiatives, which vary in size and complexity and often impact the entire bank.
