About The Position

The Senior Games Technician (SGT) builds, troubleshoots, and repairs games, attractions, and technical equipment while providing guest service. SGTs also help train and develop the Support Tech team. The role is hands-on and offers opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of electro-mechanics.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot to the component level and perform repairs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Ability to work from an extension ladder.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read and write handwritten notes.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
