Senior Full Stack Engineer

The job overview for this role is that Titan is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their team. The engineer will be responsible for building and supporting various components of the stack, including the mobile app, content generation tools, backend systems, and database. They will work closely with the CTO and other senior members of the engineering team to ensure system stability, scalability, and security. The engineer will also collaborate with design, product, and customer experience teams to deliver innovative and delightful experiences in the financial product.

• Build and support various parts of the stack, including the mobile app, content generation and admin tools, backend systems, and database
• Collaborate with the CTO and senior members of the engineering team to ensure stability, scalability, and security of Titan's systems
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, and customer experience teams to deliver unique and delightful experiences in a financial product
• Utilize JavaScript/TypeScript to build applications and work across the stack
• Continuously strive for improvement and growth
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with subject matter experts from different areas of the company
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, acting in the best interests of clients
• Lead and mentor other team members on architecture, security, and design best practices

• Strong technical background with > 5 years of experience building applications using JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience working across the stack, from browser tweaks to database management
• Desire to continuously improve and learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with subject matter experts
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Ability to lead and mentor team members in architecture, security, and design best practices
