Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack

As a Principal Fullstack Engineer at Titan, you will be responsible for building and supporting various components of our investment management platform. This includes working on our mobile app, content generation and admin tools, backend systems, and database. You will collaborate closely with the CTO and other senior members of the engineering team to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our systems. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with design, product, and customer experience teams to create innovative and delightful experiences for our clients. We are seeking someone with a strong technical background, a desire for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead and mentor others.

• Building across the stack to support and delight clients
• Working on the mobile app, content generation and admin tools, backend systems, and database
• Delivering projects quickly, efficiently, and securely
• Ensuring stability, scalability, and security of Titan's systems
• Collaborating with the CTO and senior members of the engineering team
• Collaborating with design, product, and customer experience teams
• Building applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Working across the stack from browser tweaks to database operations
• Continuously improving skills and knowledge
• Working in a fast-paced environment with subject matter experts
• Acting with responsibility and integrity as a fiduciary of clients
• Leading and mentoring other team members on best practices in architecture, security, and design.

• Strong technical background with > 6 years building applications using JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience working across the stack from browser tweaks to database management
• Desire to continuously improve and grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with subject matter experts
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Ability to lead and mentor team members on best practices in architecture, security, and design
