About The Position

Recruiting from Scratch is hiring a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for an early-stage, Series A fintech company building a revenue operating system for senior living providers. The platform supports payments and financial operations, with plans to expand automation and tooling for Medicare and Medicaid claims processes. The business processes more than $1 billion in annual payments across operators in more than 45 states and supports over 40,000 family interactions each year. As an early engineering hire, you will work closely with the CTO to shape frontend architecture, the design system, engineering practices, and product direction. You will build and improve React-based dashboards, portals, and other user-facing applications that make complex financial and operational workflows clear and reliable. The role includes end-to-end feature ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and improving development workflows in an environment that embraces AI-assisted development. The position is full-time and hybrid, with three days per week in the office in New York City or San Francisco. Base salary is $160,000–$225,000, depending on experience and fit, plus competitive equity. Visa sponsorship is limited; TN visa sponsorship may be available, and candidates are asked to confirm eligibility before progressing.
