About The Position

ACKtive is searching for a Senior FPGA Design Engineers for a hybrid role with work from home privileges. This position requires an active clearance. ACKtive is always expanding our relationships with our customers and providing the best talent to fit mission needs. Flexible work from home options available.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 12+ years of experience as an FPGA developer
  • Strong VHDL experience
  • Familiarity with Xilinx FPGAs and SOCs
  • Simulation experience with Riviera PRO and/or Xilinx
  • Simulation testbench design experience

Nice To Haves

  • M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Verilog and/or SystemVerilog experience
  • Experience with Microchip Polarfire FPGAs & SOCs
  • Experience with Lattice Certus NX and Pro FPGAs
  • Strong C and Python programming skills
  • Knowledge of embedded systems development, including prototyping, development, production, and integration
  • Ability to learn and integrate new or different FPGA vendors' products
