About The Position

Caylent’s Anthropic Business Unit is a dedicated AI services practice built in partnership with Anthropic. Senior Forward Deployed Engineers independently own client accounts from discovery through close, making architecture and build decisions, delivering production-grade solutions, and maintaining the full client relationship. Engagements include agents, data products, AI-augmented operations, and workforce transformation. The role has two specializations. Technology-Workforce FDEs lead solo technical engagements in engineering and IT organizations, owning architecture decisions and LLM-native delivery end to end. Operational FDEs lead single-function AI adoption programs across business workforces, including persona discovery, role-specific enablement, and workflow automations that they deploy and own. The position is based onsite in New York City or San Francisco and may require up to 50% travel, depending on business needs. The expected base salary range is $136,000–$216,000 per year, with potential additional compensation including bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. Caylent does not sponsor visa or work permit applications.
