Atoms•Mountain View, CA
•$176,000 - $242,000•Onsite

About The Position

As a Forward Deployed Engineer on Atoms’ Bionic Enterprise team, you will embed with teams across the company to improve how they work using AI and software. You will combine engineering, product judgment, and hands-on problem solving to take problems from discovery through deployment and measurable results. You will work directly with business teams to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and determine where automation can save time, reduce errors, or improve decisions. You will turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities, using data and user conversations to define problems and success measures. You will build and deploy applications, integrations, and AI-powered workflows, own delivery from initial scope through testing and iteration, and drive adoption by working alongside users. You will also turn successful solutions into reusable capabilities in partnership with platform and engineering teams. The role is based in Atoms’ Mountain View and San Francisco offices. Office-based teams work onsite five days a week. The base salary range is $176,000–$242,000 per year; compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus may also be available. Atoms accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
