Senior Field Adjuster - (Lee & Collier Counties)
About The Position
The Senior Field Adjuster promptly and thoroughly investigates routine to moderately complex residential property claims. This is a field-based position involving on-site inspections of insured properties and regular travel within the assigned territory. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to Lee and Collier Counties in Florida. The role includes servicing property claims, investigating causes of loss, analyzing coverage issues, determining coverage based on policies and endorsements, maintaining claim file documentation, and preparing coverage and payment letters to settle and conclude claims. The adjuster communicates with policyholders, agencies, public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and experts to support timely claim resolution.
Requirements
- Maintain a Florida All-Lines adjuster (620) license.
- At least 3 years of homeowner’s claims field adjusting experience handling all perils.
- Proficiency with Xactimate and sketching, including mobile applications such as iPad.

Responsibilities
- Promptly and courteously service property claims, including contacting insureds and agencies and following through.
- Communicate and interact with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and experts to foster timely claim resolution.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve coverage issues arising during claim investigations.
- Factually investigate causes of loss.
- Determine coverage based on policies and endorsements.
- Maintain proper file documentation reflecting progressive claim handling.
- Prepare coverage and payment letters necessary to settle and conclude claims.
- Conduct on-site inspections of insured properties and travel regularly within the assigned territory.
