Senior Federal Resource Manager
About The Position
Responsible for delivering Product Specifications Documents to supplier partners or delivering process specifications that meet business specifications. The role may work in partnership with business partners or guide them in execution. It defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models, understands business objectives, and performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps against specifications. The role consults or drives issues with management for resolution and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. It engages day to day with business and/or process subject matter experts; advises business teams on people-resource allocation and project priorities; addresses project team problems; ensures deliverables are met; and develops and presents project-plan proposals to obtain stakeholder agreement. It applies relevant theories to policies and the operating environment to complete assignments effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities

- Partner with business partners or guide them in execution.
- Define system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models and understand business objectives.
- Perform process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared with specifications.
- Consult with or drive issues with management for resolution and ensure fulfillment of business specifications.
- Engage day to day with business and/or process subject matter experts.
- Advise and consult with business teams on prioritizing allocation of people resources.
- Address project team problems and ensure all team deliverables are met.
- Develop and present project-plan proposals and obtain agreement from appropriate stakeholders.
- Apply theories to policies and the operating environment to complete assignments effectively and efficiently.
