About The Position

A fully competent project management professional with a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices. This first-level project management position provides creative, high-quality solution leadership to ensure project quality and timely delivery within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction. The role guides moderately complex activities involved in implementing integrated business solutions, manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects, and works with customers and internal teams to meet project objectives. It also supports business development by pursuing new opportunities and extensions and provides domain credibility to the consulting sales team.

Responsibilities

• Use independent judgment to guide moderately complex activities involved in successfully implementing an integrated business solution.
• Ensure project quality and timely delivery within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Analyze business needs and help ensure Oracle’s solution meets customer objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge.
• Apply Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations and minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure.
• Assist the project team with aspects of their roles as a project lead.
• Influence decisions at the management level of customer organizations.
• Ensure deliverables are acceptable and work closely with customers to understand and manage project expectations.
• Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
• Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility.
• Manage the scope of small projects and sub-projects.
