Senior Federal Resource Manager
About The Position
Responsible for delivering Product Specifications Documents to supplier partners or delivering process specifications that meet business specifications. The role may work in partnership with business partners or guide them in execution. It defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models and ensures business objectives and specifications are understood and fulfilled. The role performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps, engages management to resolve issues, and works day to day with business and process subject matter experts. It also advises business teams on allocating people resources, resolving project team problems, meeting deliverables, and developing and presenting project-plan proposals for stakeholder agreement. The position applies theories to relevant policies and operating environments to complete assignments effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Product Specifications Documents to supplier partners or deliver process specifications that meet business specifications.
- Partner with business partners or guide them in executing the work.
- Define system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models.
- Understand business objectives and ensure fulfillment of business specifications.
- Perform process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared with specifications.
- Confer with or drive issues to management for resolution.
- Engage day to day with business and/or process subject matter experts.
- Advise and consult with business teams on prioritizing allocation of people resources.
- Address project team problems and ensure team deliverables are met.
- Develop and present project-plan proposals and obtain agreement from appropriate stakeholders.
- Apply theories to policies and the operating environment to complete assignments effectively and efficiently.
