  • Proven capability operating at a senior individual contributor level (High Complexity), with demonstrated skill in balancing work streams and context-switching effectively across multiple senior executives.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong aptitude to quickly master digital productivity, collaboration, and travel/expense management tools (e.g., Concur, Slack, Jira/Confluence, Zoom).
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the poise and professionalism to interface seamlessly with executive leadership, engineering teams, and external partners.
  • Absolute integrity and judgment when handling highly sensitive, proprietary, and confidential company, product, and personnel information.
  • High initiative, sound judgment, and a self-motivated approach to driving tasks to completion independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm under pressure with a flexible, solution-oriented approach dedicated to enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Technology organization.

Responsibilities
