About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished, proactive, and exceptionally organized Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a key operational partner and strategic extension to our CEO & Founder. This high-impact role goes beyond traditional administrative support; you will act as an effective filter for priorities, communication proxy, and operational anchor, ensuring the CEO’s time, energy, and strategic focus are fully optimized. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses sound judgment under pressure, maintains unwavering discretion, and constantly operates with a "three-steps-ahead" mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (preferably a CEO/Founder) in a fast-paced, high-growth, corporate, or private equity environment.
  • Mastery of Google Workspace and Slack, alongside practical experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex topics into concise briefings.
  • Track record of resolving complex operational and logistical bottlenecks independently with minimal guidance.
  • Uncompromising integrity and absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive financial, strategic, and personal information.
  • Calm execution under pressure, diplomatic boundary-setting, and strong interpersonal presence.
  • Understanding that supporting an active Founder/CEO requires remaining accessible outside standard hours to handle unexpected, time-sensitive issues as they pop up.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate complex scheduling across multiple time zones. Prioritize strategic engagements, audit calendar efficiency, and aggressively protect time blocks for deep work and high-value decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily briefings, background profiles, and agenda materials prior to internal/external meetings, board presentations, and leadership summits.
  • Actively manage the flow of the CEO's day, keeping meetings strictly on time, managing transitions smoothly, and communicating preemptively with upcoming attendees when delays occur.
  • Design and execute detailed, end-to-end travel itineraries (domestic/international), including ground transport, accommodations, visa arrangements, and real-time contingency planning.
  • Lead logistics for board meetings, leadership retreats, company all-hands, and high-profile investor or client dinners.
  • Manage, filter, and prioritize incoming communications (emails, requests, inquiries). Draft correspondence, memos, and external communications that flawlessly mirror the CEO’s voice and tone.
  • Serve as the polished primary point of contact for board members, investors, key clients, and internal teams balancing high accessibility with protective boundary-setting.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership (CFO, Chief of Staff, Chief People Officer) to assist with logistics on cross-departmental initiatives and special projects.
  • Direct 75% of operational support toward high-priority business initiatives, while dedicating 25% to managing select personal logistics, vendor coordination, and family travel to preserve the CEO’s core bandwidth.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) plan with Company Match.
  • 15 days of PTO, plus 11 paid holidays and sick leave.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility and Equity if applicable.
