About The Position

Bakkt is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to own the CEO’s operating rhythm across calendar management, communications, travel, preparation and follow-through. This in-office role may be based in New York, Atlanta or Dubai. The CEO works across global time zones, so the successful candidate must exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs and act independently while coordinating closely with the Chief of Staff, Corporate Affairs and the CEO’s personal team. Reasonable availability outside traditional office hours is required when business priorities demand it. The role may occasionally support other executives. The role includes triaging communications, managing a complex and changing calendar and international travel, preparing meeting briefs and materials, tracking decisions and actions to completion, and handling expenses and documentation in accordance with company policy. The Senior Executive Assistant will anticipate information, scheduling, travel and follow-up needs; decide what to resolve, delegate or escalate; and support board, investor, leadership and other stakeholder engagements. The position also coordinates select global events and hospitality, supports visits to global offices, and liaises with office teams and vendors while prioritizing the CEO’s highest-value work. Candidates should bring substantial experience supporting a senior principal in a fast-paced, global environment, along with excellent judgment, discretion, organization, communication and collaboration skills. The role calls for practical fluency with technology, AI and automation, as well as resilience and flexibility in responding to urgent changes across time zones. Bakkt is an equal opportunity employer. Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screen. Applicants are asked to review Bakkt’s California Candidate Privacy Notice and Notice at Collection before applying.
