Senior Executive Assistant

UiPath•Austin, TX

About The Position

UiPath is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic business partner to three senior members of GTM leadership and the organizations they lead. The role requires anticipating leaders’ needs, representing their priorities and perspectives, synthesizing context across functions, and bringing structure to ambiguity. The assistant will use modern tools, including AI, to improve productivity and judgment, and will work closely with executives and their teams to advance business priorities and operational rhythms. The position also provides high-level executive support, including management of complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses, budgets, and purchasing. The role coordinates high-visibility events and leadership gatherings, supports the broader EA community, and serves as a trusted presence for the Bellevue location. It also owns Bellevue office seat planning, coordinating assignments and location data with IT and the internship program PM. UiPath notes that work flexibility varies by business and role, and that hybrid, office-based, and remote arrangements differ across teams. The role supports global teams and requires comfort working early hours to overlap with India and/or Europe.
