The Senior Event Sales Manager role revolves around client management, driving revenue, and helping lead a team to success! Along the way, you’ll be managing your pipeline, meeting and touring potential clients, and coordinating with our Operations Team to ensure that events are executed with world-class precision. Requirements

  • 3+ Years in Sales (Event Sales and multi-unit experience a plus!)
  • 1+ Years in Management
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn them into booked events.
  • Plan events for multiple venues.
  • Learn the features and benefits of distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and assist the team in exceeding theirs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to energize and inspire the team.
  • Lead daily meetings and virtual offices, while also driving revenue to new heights.
  • Be the on-site contact for the operations team, hosting BEO meetings, and working together to ensure every event is a success.
  • Give clients a fun and engaging tour of venues, showcasing exciting options for their events.
  • Plan client events and coordinate details until the day of the party.
  • Manage the client relationship both during and after the event with retention efforts to ensure clients return.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy event seasons.
  • Stay connected with the team on camera for coaching sessions or daily meetings.
  • Be ready to showcase enthusiasm and professionalism to clients who may pop in at any time.
