About The Position

The Senior Application Analyst will serve as a primary technical resource supporting break-fixes, maintenance and enhancements for Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Genetics Laboratory Information System. When Beaker Clinical Pathology is live next year, this position will also serve as a backup resource for maintenance and break-fixes for that application. This role is available for remote work from most US locations.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical and operational workflows.
  • Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
  • Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
  • Assists with onboarding and training as needed.
