About The Position

Raptive is looking for a Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst to join the Raptive for Enterprise team. This team is dedicated to serving the company’s largest and most sophisticated publishing partners. The role requires a strategic and analytically driven performance expert with deep familiarity in publisher monetization and a passion for helping partners grow through data-driven insights and thoughtful collaboration. The ideal candidate has a publisher-first mentality, hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and monetization, a clear understanding of the digital ecosystem and publisher challenges, and a consultative mindset that can engage both internal teams and external stakeholders. This person is energized by analytics, problem solving, and turning performance data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable results. The role requires a mix of comfort in high-productivity environments, cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and clear communication. The candidate should be able to interpret complex performance changes, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings with accuracy, clarity, and context to a range of audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management and prior client-facing experience.
  • 3+ years in programmatic advertising/monetization, digital publishing, revenue operations, account management, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the digital media and monetization ecosystem, including concepts such as DSP/SSP dynamics, SEO, affiliate, consent, brand safety, and web vitals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret trends, anomalies, and performance changes.
  • Confident with data and tools, including Excel, pivot tables, BI/reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate gracefully with clients or stakeholders who may be confused or frustrated.
  • Adaptability and comfort operating in an ever-changing technical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and a large volume of tasks at once.
  • Self-motivation and a strong bias toward action and follow-through.
  • BA/BS required.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using WordPress and reading/writing HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • AdOps knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance trends across Enterprise publisher accounts using BI tools, reporting platforms, and analytics data to identify opportunities, risks, and issues.
  • Monitor performance trends, escalate major shifts, and align internal teams on next steps.
  • Communicate performance changes and analysis clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take a consultative approach to supporting Enterprise partners, helping translate data into strategic recommendations and best practices.
  • Coordinate onboarding, reporting access, and dashboard walkthroughs with clear analysis and context.
  • Identify ad layout optimizations for clients and coordinate optimization plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot ad loading and monetization issues on live publisher sites.
  • Answer sensitive or complex client questions in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Work to understand Raptive’s strategies, products, and processes thoroughly in order to advise clients on performance and monetization best practices.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Account Management, AdOps, and Performance to improve revenue performance.
  • Be an active member of a distributed team using tools like Slack, G Suite, Zoom, Zendesk, and more.
