About The Position
Performance analyst will be responsible for calculating and reviewing Composite level performance as well as researching any outliers. Analyst will also be responsible for addressing ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners and supporting ongoing GIPS verification. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 2+ Years of performance analysis for investment performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Operate computer programs and software
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
- Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®)
- Experience with Archer/Confluence StatPro or Advent/APX preferred
- Experience with market systems such as: FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar
- Experience with automated financial systems such as: Confluence StatPro, Archer, Confluence Unity, Advent APX
- Experience with Power Apps is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is a plus
- CIPM Preferred
Responsibilities
- Review all monthly account performance calculations for completion and accuracy
- Reconcile performance between multiple platforms
- Collaborate effectively with other teams on special strategic initiatives
- Proactively identify areas to increase efficiency
- Enhance the controls of the audit review process
