About The Position

The Performance Analyst will be responsible for entering client/service-level data into CWDS and generating reports that can be used to reconcile data entry with the team. This position will manage and maintain effective record keeping for both youth and adult programs to ensure data accuracy and compliance with funding sources.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in database systems including data entry, maintenance, quality assurance, and report production
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact at all levels required
  • High level of communication with other team members, managers, or customers is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality
  • Strong analytical, math, and reasoning skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines through scheduling, planning, and goal setting, specifically organizational and time management skills, including ability to self-motivate and manage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience serving homeless populations or in a human services setting is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into CWDS database system directly from clients or submitted Career Advisor forms
  • Work with leadership team to create process flows that will create consistency of data entry for all programs in Chester County
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with funding sources, as well as federal/state/county regulations
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, privacy and confidentiality of client data, documents, and records
  • Generate data quality reports with the to support performance metrics
  • Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the manager and EDSI administrative staff
  • Meet with the Career Advisor team and leadership to conduct weekly case reviews
  • Provide training for Career Advisors on how to correctly enter data into CWDS
  • Review resumes and serve as the designated proof reader in Chester County
  • Serve as Chester County’s ISO certified representative
  • Retrieve and organize critical operations reports from CWDS through Adhoc system
  • Present data and report to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables and other methods
  • Create customer GYR reports to support teams in focusing their efforts
  • Work directly with the Programs Manager to ensure data records are accurate and reconciled consistently
  • Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective
  • Oversee performance numbers related to invoicing and prescribed performance goals
  • Responsible for the integrity of the participant file folders
  • Create customer lists to support teams in focusing their efforts
  • Track, report and ensure compliance with procedures regarding ISO auditing
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports as requested from program management
  • Meet with the Workforce Development Board to conduct file audits consistent with state and federal requirements
