About The Position

The Senior Engineering Recruiter will help the company grow its engineering organization by filling a range of engineering and technical roles. The recruiter will own the full recruiting lifecycle to identify engineering and design talent across the United States and will work closely with Engineering leadership to support critical hiring needs across multiple engineering disciplines. The role is hybrid and is based in Omaha, Nebraska. Local or regional candidates only. Compensation depends on experience.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting engineering, design, or technical talent within engineering, procurement, industrial construction, energy, power generation, refining, petrochemical, manufacturing, or similar industries.
