About The Position

ALTEN Technology USA is an engineering company that partners with clients across industries including aerospace, medical devices, robotics, automotive, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles, and rail. The Senior Engineering Recruiter builds candidate relationships and talent pipelines, sources and screens candidates, and maintains accurate recruiting records. The position is based in Plano, Texas, with an on-site schedule of four days per week and one remote day per week. ALTEN Technology USA is part of the global ALTEN Group. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience to qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter role.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills for use in a multicultural context.
Autonomous and rigorous approach to work.
High technical knowledge.
Microsoft Office experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM.

Responsibilities

Build solid, long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, including through social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse.
Craft and send recruiting emails.
Conduct sourcing searches through cold calling, networking, applicant associations, candidate pools, professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, and targeted companies or individuals; manage candidate experience through the sourcing process.
Screen candidates to assess availability, interest level, business-unit needs, and qualifications.
Establish and maintain accurate, well-documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, and related information.
