About The Position

The Senior Engineering Recruiter builds candidate networks and relationships to support current and future hiring needs, sources and screens candidates, manages candidate experience during sourcing, and maintains accurate recruiting records. The position is based in Plano, Texas, with four days on-site and one day remote each week. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience to qualify as a Senior Engineering Recruiter.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills for use in a multicultural context.
Ability to work autonomously and rigorously, with high technical knowledge.
Experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM.

Responsibilities

Build long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, including engaging with potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse.
Craft and send recruiting emails.
Conduct sourcing searches through cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations, pools, professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, and targeted companies or individuals.
Manage candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Screen candidates to assess availability, interest, business-unit needs, and qualifications.
Establish and maintain accurate, well-documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, and related information.
