Sr. Engagement Manager

LightTable AI•Denver, CO
•$150,000 - $180,000

About The Position

LightTable is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to own its most strategic enterprise accounts, including large general contractors and enterprise owners. The role centers on guiding customers through organizational change: understanding existing processes, co-designing new workflows, securing executive buy-in, and helping teams adopt LightTable. The Engagement Manager serves as the primary client owner after contract signature and coordinates internal AEC specialists and product and engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes. This is a senior, high-impact role with a focused portfolio of strategic accounts. The successful candidate will define success with clients, monitor adoption and relationship health, relay actionable customer feedback to the product team, and identify opportunities to expand usage within client organizations. They will also help develop the playbooks, processes, and standards used by the broader Engagement Manager team. LightTable describes itself as an AI-powered construction document review platform for preconstruction teams. It recently closed a Series A and is deploying with large general contractors and data center builders. The company offers a ground-floor opportunity with equity and says its work aims to improve housing affordability.
