About The Position

Amplitude is redesigning its post-sales operating model to focus on continuous customer partnership and an AI-first mindset. This role will be central to this transformation, owning the enablement strategy for the entire post-sales organization. The Senior Enablement Program Manager will design and deliver programs that drive behavior change, translate the new operating model into effective learning experiences, and ensure post-sales professionals are equipped to succeed in an AI-driven world. This is a strategic role focused on program design and impact, not just training coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or learning & development, ideally in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs that drive measurable behavior change and business outcomes.
  • Experience enabling customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of the post-sales motion (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority and earn credibility with senior leaders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building programs during a transformational period.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Amplitude or similar digital analytics platforms; experience enabling around product analytics, data architecture, or the modern data stack.
  • Experience building partner enablement programs alongside internal team programs.
  • Exposure to AI-first tools, workflow automation, or applied AI in a go-to-market context.
  • Background in technical enablement, including experience enabling roles with hands-on implementation or engineering responsibilities.
  • Certification in project management or learning and development (e.g., PMP, CPTD, ATD).

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs across post-sales roles (relationship-focused, technical, implementation) tailored to audience needs.
  • Translate the post-sales strategy, including the tiered coverage model and AI-native engagement approach, into actionable enablement content.
  • Build curriculum to equip post-sales professionals to own customer relationships, lead technical implementation and data governance, and deliver custom solutions.
  • Partner with post-sales leadership to identify skill gaps, prioritize programs, and gain sponsorship.
  • Develop enablement programs to build AI fluency, including practical application of AI tools and AmpOnAmp capabilities.
  • Equip post-sales professionals to be advisors on data architecture, AI-first product analytics strategy, and the modern tech stack.
  • Stay current with Amplitude's product suite, AI capabilities, and the competitive landscape to ensure enablement relevance.
  • Define and track KPIs connecting enablement investment to post-sales outcomes (time-to-productivity, adoption, renewal performance, customer health).
  • Build feedback loops with post-sales teams to continuously refine programs.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on program impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align enablement with product updates and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with L&D and other GTM Enablement team members for consistency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement to align internal and partner-facing programs.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to post-sales leadership on operating cadences, coverage motions, and role expectations.
  • Manage and optimize enablement platforms and LMS systems for scalable learning experiences.
  • Leverage AmpOnAmp tooling and automation for smarter enablement, including dashboards, nudges, and just-in-time learning.
