About The Position

Amplitude is redesigning its post-sales operating model to be simpler, more impactful, and AI-first, shifting from project handoffs to continuous customer partnership. The Senior Enablement Program Manager — Post-Sales will lead the enablement strategy for the post-sales organization, partnering with leaders and individual contributors in customer-facing, technical, and implementation roles. This role requires a strategic thinker who designs for behavior change and can translate a new operating model into effective learning experiences. The focus is on enabling a new operating model, driving AI-first enablement, measuring impact, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and managing enablement platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or learning & development, ideally in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs that drive measurable behavior change and business outcomes.
  • Experience enabling customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of the post-sales motion (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority and earn credibility with senior leaders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Experience with enablement platforms and LMS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Amplitude or similar digital analytics platforms; experience enabling around product analytics, data architecture, or the modern data stack.
  • Experience building partner enablement programs alongside internal team programs.
  • Exposure to AI-first tools, workflow automation, or applied AI in a go-to-market context.
  • Background in technical enablement, including experience enabling roles with hands-on implementation or engineering responsibilities.
  • Certification in project management or learning and development (e.g., PMP, CPTD, ATD).

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs for post-sales roles (relationship-focused, technical, implementation) tailored to audience needs.
  • Translate the post-sales strategy (tiered coverage, AI-native engagement, simplified roles) into clear, actionable enablement content.
  • Build curriculum to equip post-sales professionals to own customer relationships, lead technical implementation and data governance, and deliver custom solutions for adoption.
  • Partner with post-sales leadership to identify skill gaps, prioritize programs, and secure sponsorship.
  • Develop enablement programs to build AI fluency, including practical application of AI tools, AmpOnAmp capabilities, and AI workflow discovery.
  • Help post-sales professionals become advisors on data architecture, AI-first product analytics strategy, and modern tech stacks.
  • Stay current with Amplitude's product suite, AI capabilities, and the competitive landscape to ensure enablement relevance.
  • Define and track KPIs connecting enablement investment to post-sales outcomes (time-to-productivity, adoption, renewals, customer health).
  • Build feedback loops with post-sales teams to refine programs based on performance.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on program impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership on enablement content.
  • Partner with L&D and other GTM Enablement team members for consistency.
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement to align internal and partner programs.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to post-sales leadership on operating cadences, coverage, and role expectations.
  • Manage and optimize enablement platforms and LMS systems for scalable learning.
  • Leverage AmpOnAmp tooling and automation for smarter enablement (dashboards, nudges, just-in-time learning).
