The Senior E-Filing Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and problem solver, handling complex filing work, resolving escalations and exceptions, and helping ensure accurate, timely, high-quality results for clients. The role emphasizes investigating why issues occur and finding ways to prevent them from recurring.

Three or more years of experience in legal e-filing, court filing, legal operations, litigation support, collections, or a similar legal services environment.

Responsibilities

Complete new case initiations and subsequent filings throughout the filing lifecycle, including affidavits, motions, dismissals, and other case-related documents, following client instructions and Proof procedures.
Serve as an escalation point for complex, unusual, or high-risk filing situations.
Research and resolve rejected filings and other filing-related issues.
Use research and judgment to work through scenarios without a clear standard procedure, escalating when appropriate.
Assist with high-priority or sensitive client matters requiring elevated attention.
Review exceptions, errors, and filing trends to identify areas of operational risk.
Meet established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality.
