About The Position

The Sr. Director Solution Architecture is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for driving the technical success of Technology and Cloud partnerships. This individual will support revenue-generating initiatives, technologies integrations with partner solutions and lead a team of SEs/SAs to expand Saviynt’s Tech and Cloud partner ecosystem. You’ll act as the technical quarterback—working closely with internal product, engineering, and sales teams, and externally with partner solution architects, product managers, and field teams—to develop scalable, secure, and innovative integrations that accelerate revenue and market expansion through partnerships. This role blends sales engineering, solution architecture, and strategic business development, with a focus on alliance-driven growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IGA Experience, preferably Saviynt-specific experience, ideally across ISPM, IGA, MCP, and other core product areas.
  • 5+ years in a senior technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Alliance lead in the enterprise software or cybersecurity space.
  • Proven success supporting Strategic BD initiatives and platform partnerships.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated security services or ISVs like Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Anthropic, Cyera, Wiz, Servicenow, Workday etc.
  • Solid experience with identity and access management (IAM) technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SCIM, SAML, OAuth).
  • Track record of influencing technical Architecture for embedded offerings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to interface effectively with executive stakeholders, engineers, and partner teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, cross-functional environments without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to credibly engage with CTOs, architects, and product teams—internally and externally.
  • Understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC2, NIST).
  • Familiarity with strategic BD and partnership cycles.
  • Experience with embedded product models, white-label integrations, or partner-delivered SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for Tech partners, supporting pre-sales, co-sell, and integration initiatives that drive partner-led and embedded opportunities.
  • Lead technical enablement and evangelism for external and internal stakeholders including partner developers, architects, and product teams.
  • Define and own the technical integration strategy for Tech and Cloud partners—from initial technical validation (POV/Pilot) through production-level integration.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to develop and launch integrations.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales leadership to develop and execute joint roadmaps, solution positioning, and go-to-market activities.
  • Identify and develop joint use cases and solutions that generate new revenue streams and market opportunities.
  • Act as a technical thought leader and Saviynt evangelist at industry events, partner summits, technical workshops, and webinars.
  • Continuously collect feedback from partners and the market to inform Saviynt’s product and alliance strategy.
