About The Position

The Senior Director, Product Marketing will shape enterprise-level market-facing strategy for ZS’s platform and product portfolio, connecting customer needs, differentiated value and commercial priorities. The role works with firm leadership, product management, sales and other partners to translate strategy into measurable outcomes across demand, conversion, adoption and expansion. This leader will develop product marketers, establish a scalable product marketing operating model and prioritize resources across complex initiatives. The role also requires hands-on judgment in sharpening positioning, testing market assumptions, guiding critical launches and translating technical capabilities—including AI and agentic AI—into credible business value. The position is part of ZS’s Corporate Enterprise Functions. It follows a hybrid working model that combines work from home with on-site presence at client or ZS offices for the majority of the week. Travel is required for client-facing ZSers as business and project needs dictate. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. An online application and a full set of official or unofficial transcripts are required.
