About The Position

Lead product marketing strategy for the NetSuite portfolio, shaping how NetSuite brings its products and innovation to market and translating product capabilities, customer needs, and market dynamics into differentiated positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth. This leader will build and develop a high-performing product marketing organization and serve as a strategic partner across Product Management, Outbound Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading product marketing, portfolio marketing, or go-to-market strategy for complex B2B technology or SaaS businesses.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing product marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, segmentation, buyer insights, competitive strategy, product launches, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technology and product capabilities into clear customer value and differentiated market narratives.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional Marketing organizations.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize across a broad product portfolio and competing organizational needs.
  • Experience using customer adoption, pipeline, revenue, competitive, and market insights to guide strategy and measure impact.
  • Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own NetSuite's portfolio positioning and narrative, establishing differentiated messaging across products, industries, personas, use cases, and buyer audiences.
  • Define product marketing strategy and priorities across the portfolio, determining where PMM resources and investments can have the greatest customer and business impact.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and releases, establishing launch frameworks, audience strategies, messaging, readiness, and measurement in partnership with Product, Outbound Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Build the bridge between product and market, translating product capabilities and roadmap direction into compelling customer value propositions, while bringing buyer, customer, competitive, and field insights into go-to-market decisions.
  • Own NetSuite's competitive narrative and differentiation strategy, ensuring teams understand not only how NetSuite compares with competitors, but why customers should choose NetSuite.
  • Translate AI and emerging product capabilities into customer value, developing clear use cases, value propositions, messaging, and sales plays that make innovation relevant and actionable for customers and prospects.
  • Drive product adoption and lifecycle marketing strategy, extending PMM beyond launch to increase awareness, usage, adoption, expansion, and realization of customer value.
  • Set the product marketing operating model, including launch tiers, engagement models, prioritization, measurement, and clear roles and responsibilities across Product, Outbound Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Equip Sales and customer-facing teams to win, developing scalable messaging, sales plays, competitive strategies, and enablement that connect product capabilities to customer business outcomes.
  • Partner across Marketing to activate product strategy, providing the positioning, audience insights, product narratives, and strategic direction that inform demand generation, content, digital, events, communications, and executive storytelling.
  • Establish meaningful measures of PMM impact, using adoption, pipeline, revenue, competitive, engagement, and customer insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve go-to-market strategy.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product marketing team, establishing clear ownership, strong PMM disciplines, career development, and a culture of customer and market orientation.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and external resources where specialized expertise or additional capacity is required.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
