About The Position

The Senior Director, Operations Function Communications leads internal communications for JLL’s new global operations function, led by the Chief Operating Officer. The function brings operational expertise together across business lines and corporate functions and includes the Transformation Office, which drives JLL’s five-year Accelerate 2030 strategy. The position establishes communications for a function being built, shaping how colleagues understand its purpose and scope, communicating the strategy’s progress, guiding people through organizational and ways-of-working changes, and building the internal and external profiles of the Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Officer. This is a leadership role within JLL’s Integrated Communications team, reporting to the Global Head of Integrated Communications and working closely with the COO, Transformation Officer, and operations leadership team. The role develops and runs the function’s internal communications strategy, translates the Accelerate 2030 strategy and its six imperatives into clear messages, and equips managers to communicate those messages. It advises senior leaders, plans change communications and leadership engagement, coordinates communications across teams, tracks colleague understanding, and manages a small team of communications professionals. It also owns the function’s communication channels, content calendar, governance, templates, and approval processes.
