MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead and develop the Strategic Account Organization in creating and implementing the sales plan, developing relationships with customers, and driving opportunities and revenue growth. You will develop your team and work with our business units and executives to execute and drive growth. In this role, you will focus on creating and executing the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability, developing, identifying, and closing new customer opportunities, partnering with marketing to plan and coordinate product launches including positioning, pricing, training, product promotions, support, and competitive response, monitoring competitive and market activity, providing feedback and recommendations to the business units and executive team, providing timely and accurate customer demand forecast, and recruiting, hiring, and developing your sales team.
