About the role We’re looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function—owning narrative, content, and product marketing—while guiding a high-performing team responsible for demand generation and marketing operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping how Packback shows up in the market. You will own positioning, messaging, content strategy, and go-to-market execution, while managing a lean team that drives pipeline generation and marketing performance. You’ll operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor—developing core narratives, building content engines, and ensuring our marketing efforts translate into measurable growth.
