Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field of study
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales management, distributor management, or key account, customer relationship management
  • More than 5 years of experience in leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to train, develop talent, and consistently deliver on the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, iPad, Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market share in the independent vending and wholesale channels
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, vending operators, and wholesale partners, to ensure total alignment and expansion of the total portfolio, inclusive of innovation
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics timely. Implement corrective actions and strategies with great sense of urgency to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, while analyzing the competitive landscape to drive outlet performance. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and actions
  • Design, implement, and oversee promotional programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving sales within the independent vending and wholesale channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and programs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives within the independent vending and wholesale channels. Monitor expenditures and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership. Communicate updates and progress made aligning KPIs, challenges, and opportunities effectively
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company direction, major pillars. Promote ethical behavior and integrity within the team and channel partners
